Hello everyone, I didnt use my server for about a month but now that I try to get it started im having ''cronjob url for ranking does not work'' issue. Tried looking this thread for answer but didnt find anything that would help unfortunately. Its a hamachi server so my cronjob url is . Changing the port does not help except if :8080 part is removed from it cronjobs/ranking will update but emulator wont start then.
Hamachi says its working like it should and Xampp seems to work as well since I can get to backpage but it wont load spacemap anymore. My discord is Gassu231, the one with profile picture on it. Any help would be appriciated.

Also not related to my issue but many seem to have issues with white page when trying to go to their backpage, what I did to fix the issue was to change line 17 in htdocs/files/config.php from

setcookie(session_name(), session_id(), true, '/', null, null, true);

To this:

if (session_start()) {
setcookie(session_name(), session_id(), true, '/', true, true, true);

Hopefully this will help someone with this problem

You could take a good look if your version of xampp is the one indicated, the recommended one could be 7.4.29
and regarding the hamachi you must carefully verify the ip that you want to place in your config.php as well as in your socket.php and
map.php

"xDream available" what a joke, to this day it's still locked and still useless features no one asked for are being released instead of what everyone kept asking for either in YOUR forum or YOUR discord, just to keep players hooked to keep paying for prem or cases.
Who the hell even needed StarHub or whatever you call it? there is so much still that needs to be polished or fixed and you work on that instead of what is needed/wanted? at least give people xDream, i doubt even the premium users have access.

First of all: SO MANY players asked me to be able to save & load configs, which you can do in StarHub: I delivered
And I already got a lot of great feedback for StarHub.

The biggest reason I introduced StarHub is because im working towards a 100% flash-free PinkGalaxy.
This is very important because for performance.
To have the best performance in XDream you need to play in the newest browsers (for example latest Google Chrome). Those browsers don't have flash. So if you need to change your equipment, and StarHub would not exist, you constantly would need to switch between an old browser and a new browser.

If you played XDream on an old browser, which would support flash, you would not benefit of all the crazy performance which XDream offers.
For example, in my benchmark video, which you can check out here:

i have 88 FPS @ 1.000 protegits with the (at this time) latest Google Chrome. (PC specs are in video description)
But if I had played with an old browser, which still supports flash, I would maybe only have 50FPS or 60.


You want performance in XDream, and I know this, and I do my best to give you as much performance I can.
But trust me, it would annoy you like there is no tomorrow if you would constantly switch between an old and new browser cause of that old flash equipment or the galaxygate generator.

Also with StarHub i fixed some stuff, which you possibly got very annoyed with in the old DO-Equipment. (at least I did)
For example, if you try to unequip multiple drones-lasers in the DO-Equipment, it won't work. Also, you cannot unequip generators and extras at the same time.
All of these annoyances I fixed with StarHub, which you can see in this video:

So yea, just because YOU (and maybe your friend) doesn't want StarHub, doesn't mean other players don't want StarHub too

Thank you for reply, my version of Xampp is 3.3.0 so its an older version than that. In my config and socket.php the ip is still set as 127.0.0.1 or localhost, so should it be the instead even though it worked fine like this before?

You talk a lot of stuff, without making much of a point don't you.
You add something even the darkorbit system has "save and load" shit you want to add for instance.
want to remove flash entirely? ok cool, i agree, but you bringing the save and load as the excuse is bullshit. we both know that. would it really take from 2019 to now to make starhub cause it's the only major thing? since there was not a major addition aside from casinos, broken features, or complete waste of time of development like fraktal which no one will ever use, and shit like that, mostly payment stuff got major changes, the rest we're minor. like "oh here is cyborg back with new battlepass system instead of buying like before".
The "oh google chrome can't take advantage of it cause flash" is the biggest bullshit i heard yet to not release a feature you use to keep players playing for almost 3 years now, besides, it would technically be "most fps effective" to use a client and a real client made by you, ideally not a fake reskined IE9 browser that can be copied in electron, but even that fake client you have is good to test.
So if you have a client already how is it a problem to let people test since they beg for it?
And YET since 2020 you been telling people to have patience for updates, and meanwhile bomb their ears with explosions randomly saying "you can't even mute it ha ha", and maybe dropping a free case that gives nothing so people don't cry, instead of doing anything of value.
But After All, Getting Cases and Premium money from Players is all that matters no? considering people spent 100e to 1000e JUST for enforcer each, you not only gain back the costs for maintanance but also make quite the profit if you also count premium and other incoming cash sources.
OVERALL your entire thing is just for your own pockets.
i wouldn't be surprised if you milk it till people get bored and you just close it and "xDream" remains a Dream
Realistically PG started as a UberOrbit clone that later got payment options in my opinion.

• It doesnt make any sense to copy DOs newer equipment system with save & load, since PGs future should be 100% flash-free, so investing time to make that newer DO equipment system work, just to later trash it again for a flash-free equipment only makes sense to you.

No, my ego was not attacked, thank you for your concern.
Just pissed, you didn't, say, "ruin" but made the game unplayable and preach this server like gold when it is literally like BigPoint's DO, actually worse in some spots since it's technically even more expensive.

TIP : do not be cringe with titles such as "stop cry", you start looking like a clown and not profesional as hard as you tried to look profesional.

Question, so it made sense to keep the OLD DO equipment system for years you say, instead of updating it, essentially not giving people the feature even if you could've just updated it, as i said, i get it FlashPlayer removal and all that, but it wouldn't have been a big deal, would've it, AT MOST it would have took a day (fuck it maybe two) since most of the integration would have been there.

Implementing the system would be like implementing Battlestations, it's mostly there already, just get "class Inventory" (and yes i know it's not only two lines literally but it's to give an idea.), or however you made your game/code since everyone did it their own way, and poof, short update which could've been made ANY day across 4 years of development.

My bad on making an unfactual statement that no one was able to play yet, BUT as i said, if someone wants to test, they can test with any browser or client, not say "google chrome bad" logic, it uses a shit ton of memory for no reason, is that a reason to not play on it? not if you have 8/16gb of RAM like most people nowadays. If someone wants to play on the defunct Internet Explorer, it's kinda their choice.
BUT you are right, Flash Player is the limitator for most FPS, since all browsers take advantage of CPU/RAM etc, but flash doesn't, the one way to blame Chrome is bloatware, like features they added that make the browser slow.

PinkGalaxy is not a game normal people would play anymore. If your policy is not to feed Pserver owners with real money like me, that's certainly not the place for you.

He'll probably come with the execuse of "People who work got less time to play so they may get some advantage out by buying stuff". Or that "You just don't have money cause you don't work, so do not cry.".

There are hundred of reasons for people not to spend money in a PIRATE GAME that is still in "beta phase" and isn't from an official source like riot games or blizzard entertainment, etc. But it's so hard to understand this fact that people like @ starts supposing that F2P people are a bunch of tramp that does nothing all day. That's ironic af, like PG is an unique project created from scratch to say he got no time to live his real life, it must generate a lot of frustration so pour over people.

Yet i remember when i played there back then, people who spent thousands of EUR for cases and premium used to play almost 24/7 like they're using their family heritage instead of working. Well, that execuse reduced PG's population into P2P players only, congratulations ^^

  I try to be on the same level with all PG players. I don't like when owners think they are “more important” or “above players” because they have power and such.
  Nah, I'm in the ingame chat very often, I make jokes with everyone, they can joke-insult me, i joke-insult them, hell I even write with people privately about their private problems and take my time with it – Because I want to be available for them, specially in hard times.
  Like this good ol' hate-love friendship.
  
  So yea, if you expected me to be professional, you expected something from me which i don't want to be.

• more than this I was not able to read, because I don't want to spend more time into what I believe are haters.
  I know that akama also got into this topic, because he tried to create a blackmarked for PG (kinda weird if he thinks PG is dead, why would he try to make a blackmarked for a dead game ) and i fought this blackmarked. So yea, ofc he tries to hate as much as he can because I destroyed his attempted business-model.
  
  BTW: PG is very healthy, latest invasion-event there were insane amounts of players online

• Aight, i will wrap up this topic now because it doesn't make sense for me to continue this topic. Before it was worth for PG because I could share some stuff.
  But yea, let's be honest: It doesn't matter what I do, it doesn't matter what I write – you both will try to find reasons to be negative about PG because you just want to. Even if it's generic, imprecise stuff like "PG is like DO".
