You can create how many accounts you want.
in the EULA or ToU there isn't listed that any maximum amount of accounts a player can have.

You can, make them with different IP's and don't enter in them with your real ip for 1 month while they are checking. I made ~50 accounts with a program I wrote

that's too much stress for me tbh especially for this game
this game hasno future, I mean just look at this, you get the old full elite for free just so the game gets more players

i made 6 or 7 accs, that's enough for me, if they ban them, its ok for me

man but the life is hard for new players... and that code was givin as a reward for BSGO players, they r closing that game sadly

yeah its sad i had a top acc there and on the 1st of january logged in to see this news i got ****** for a moment but man im a grown *** adult now, i was like fk it i had my time as a kid let me share my code with DO players.
