I did not know that it hurts them a lot that a person uses [dev] in their name , I do not look for problems I was just looking for a team to work.

but I only run into people who are badly educated and annoying.

If you were looking for a Team to develop a project together you wouldn't just post a pic. Instead, you would give some information about you, your skills, your goals, etc.

I do not think you'll find help like this, post more things about your project and what your idea is for it.
But if you have any intention of making a lot of money with your server or at least more than the need to keep it online I should warn you that you have a great chance of ending up like many servers that last only a few months and there are no more than 30 players online.
