I'm not sure, maybe try to use a Goliath if you're scary enough they could just do suicide.

yes, you can obtain it in the auction. The same goes for ammo, there is a extra which buys ammo for you in the auction

It's not really working. But if you don't want to give password to the botting server (or something like this, maybe I'm wrong) you can log in with SID.
Like this :

Try to minimize the minimap as you can and place it on the right down corner.
