So here for clarification, how the bot checks the game version:
It logs in like usual (this does not pose a security problem), it loads the ingame page (this is not a security problem, this does not connect to the game server), it downloads the current main.swf file (this does not pose a security problem, this is what the normal client also does), it checks that the main.swf file is EXACTLY the same as the bot client was intended to be used with. If the main.swf file has changed in the slightest bit, you will get the "Game Version unsupported" screen and there will be no connection attempt to the gameserver, the session will be stopped immediately.

If the bot is already logged in, it will simply use the old game version, which is safe, because thats what you can do yourself!

This means that the bot will never connect to the game servers using a wrong version. So there are no security risks.
From this perspective, that the bot might try to login (on the backpage) although he knows he has the wrong version, is an annoyance but not a security risk.

Just wanted to make this very clear.
Don't let other people give you a false sense of security.

Conclusion in nutshell: No, its not a problem!

* will not Repair on enemy maps (no more stuck @ portal when repairing)
* added Sentinel ability to Fleeing from Enemy

Self download new version and add it to the old folder with bot so you wont loose your saved settings only update the bot.
