I got mine from an Obsidian chest.  only spent 10 i believe i got it on my 6th one

Obsidian Chests.. 
I got Surgeon, Cicada Surgeon, Tartarus, Drill etc among the loot from those chests so ^^
But yeah, if you dont wanna spend time crafting enough keys or buy them with money, buy Surgeon with Uri (WITH Prem + Rebate!)

well ive bought them to, got complete zeus from it.

25 EUR is worth it actually.
You get such insane stuff (me and my friend got stuff worth over 1.2M Uri) :P
so yeah, it's not a waste of 25 eur ^^

No, As i seen they never did and they won't. The worst thing could happen is that they'll put the country back based on your IP, but my ge1 is still here & cheap since last summer xD
