Hours ago they said they're about to release it.
There are few things they're working on, but I heard that official start is planned for tonight.

Since I'm not in both p.e and NoCheat minds, I can't guarantee that 100%.

EDIT: it seems like all I said is turning wrong, so just wait for p.e or NoCheat.

i'm pretty sure they won't let us wait on purpose, I assume they ran into minor last minute issues that are causing this delay ( don't quote me on this ) so just be patient because i'm absolute sure they just want to open the server just as bad as everyone else. Try to keep calm.
