I can see both sides however, negative feedback is allowed by all means. If you don't like the server, you are more than welcome to post that. However it's a lot better if you post it in a manner which respects them or at least provides feedback they can gain from.
Going "dis server is ****, its buggy as ****" isn't really helping either side and will easily provoke a negative reaction. I'm sure they would be much more appreciative if you said why and what bugs you encountered so they can fix them. An example could be "I don't like this server because it has a lot of bugs, for example whenever I try to fly I turn into a massive doughnut" (Hey, you never know, that would be a cool bug though!) Of course, if you did provide feedback (which was negative) and you did it in a manner which doesn't seem provoking and they insulted you that would be against the rules.
They could actually take something from that and try and make it a better experience for you and everyone else. Whereas you didn't like the server, you at least told them without creating fights.
This does come back to what I was meaning to say though, please refrain from calling each other "kiddos" saying "gtfo" and so forth. It just ends up in a fight and then infractions can be handed out. If someone posted feedback which serves no basis eg "server is ****", just report it and move on. There is no need to react to it as it creates a bigger mess.
