Gracias por este servidor, aunque aun no cumple con las expectativas de los jugadores se que con tiempo y dedicación se ira mejorando, no es facil configurar un servidor, se basa en muchos codigos y es como un lenguaje, pero como dije tiempo al tiempo, buen servidor se pasa un buen rato, muchisimas gracias por haberlo creado, saludos desde venezuela... When i open the client and start the game the chat says connecting but it doesnt do this help pls

The Chat dont Work in The Client... is it Disabled use the temspeak adres for talking when you will... the adres is writen on the chat in the game...

I think he means that in your emulator all lines are like this;
else if (packetSubHeader.StartsWith("EMP"))// on my server it works lol not a problem because emp not was when game start changing
this.Send("0|A|CLD|EMP|40");//how long ? in seconds ?yeah 80 secs no emP ? the reload of emp 80 seconds ok
uint radius = 7; //Here you can change radius

etc..

And Requi's updateShip void is in your emulator, that's why he wrote here I think
Anyways I told Ardii some non-sense lines on the emulator, good luck fixing them
