But that's completely not the thing which I need :<
I want main.swf... The one of new client, but with things only from OldClient (even no enforcer/high tech and stuff).

It's what happens when you try to run 2005 code on a PHP version of 2016.
Either find a package made for PHP 7 or use an older PHP version.

Yes and no.
You can fix it by either using an older version of PHP or making a newer CMS.

I see some private servers running the 4.5 darkorbit client, but they have managed to zoom the viewport out so that it is more in line with today's game client. Does anyone know/willing to share how to achieve this?

Ah, while that would work in a similar way, it wouldn't increase the total area that a player can see. I am capable of editing my .swf files to achieve what I want, I am just unsure where specifically I should be looking. As a back-end programmer, a lot of the graphics stuff is a little bewildering to me.

Look for ScreenManager class inside .swf and edit maximal resolution.
