If you're a developer, why are you looking for a developer ? I think, there's enough ressources here to start your server yourself, and make update.

You should look at open source emulator & cms. It's not really hard to understand how it works, just spend some times on looking at it.

Why did you said "Watch Elite\/Server" then?
You could have said "Orbit-reborn is a nice pack of emu + cms".
But no, you said "Watch Elite\/Server" as if you coded it by yourseld and as if you were proud of your awesome work.
I'd say "Watch myserver" if I did a server by myself and if I released it as Linkpad did, not if I just took someone else's work.
