Go to internet explorer and disable to enhancing thing by going to a youtube video. After I did that it worked

i got a problem, black screen too, in the file trame it seems the spacemap loaded as the image below but it couldn't start, i 've done all the step, any suggestion?

Login into your account manually with Internet Explorer and launch the game. Make sure that you have in the settings inside the game that it should automatically connect to spacemap.
