clearing the cache do the trick, you may add in first post as a tip 
working with chorme, iron.

it give that message where he say close firefox and reopen, but I cant open it again.
OR
if I open **** first, and then firefox.. not working..
but I think I change here also the protection of flash, well I wont enable it here, because then I need to change sound in windows everytime (not remain as firefox saved, but as plugin)
