Some parts of the code are better than before, but no offense. The code is still horrible.
As far as I know you come from the Habbo scene. What about doing a Phoenix based emulator?

Xdr, I start emulator, press start, and it doesn't connect, it doesn't even seem the emulator gets a connection attempt from the client, what may be the issue?

This is wrong, you should calculate fly time and send instead of 500 otherwise ship will fly too fast for long distances and even though ship speeds are different, all ships will fly same speed
