It's an open source project, no one said it's going to be a 1-click install, and then you can just edit some numbers in notepad.

Why are you calculating only whith UCB?
And why you remove 15 UCB per shoot? (Maybe DO do it like this but i don´t like it)
You should change all the Hyperlinks which are pointing to DO resources to the resource in the local folder.

This should come as an advice to Xdr and any other guy willing to learn.

The server's meta-entry point:

static async void Server() {

}

Should not be called like this from the Main method:

Task.Factory.StartNew(() => Server());
//or not even:
Task.Run(() => Server());

Because: async and await should be used for little operations which need to be done on a background thread, preferably in the Thread Pool. But if the Thread Pool is full, then the operation will be moved on a newly created thread, which isn't OK.

If you overuse the thread pool with long-term operations, it would lose its sense (which is: supporting queueing short-term operations).

Just use a thread, which will do the job a lot better:

...

(Program.serverThread = new Thread(() => Server())).Start();

wie kann ich den Damage ändern. Wenn ich auf "Source" -> "Azure DO Server" -> game -> usersClass -> Ship.cs gehe und den Damage dort ändere passiert nichts, also es ändert sich garnichts an Damage. Weiste zufällig wie man den Damage ändern kann?

So als neben bei finde dich super wie du uns informationen rüber bringst weiter so!!
