Just create global variables, and when an NPC dies and Gamer killed it, add to the variable.

So I built the galaxy gates with Cheat Engine but there seems to be a problem. Everytime I get to the Protegit wave the game crashes and my progress is lost, ****. Cool remix though.
To create the gates with CE:
1.Count how many parts you have for one gate, search for the value in CE.
2.Collect another part for that gate(from a box)
3.Search for that value in the 'Next Scan'
4.There should be only one address thing remaining, change that to however many parts you want.(for alpha-34, for beta 48, etc.)

Can't really see what your problem is, mate. I was just saying there's a bug. And since it's an offline game, I think it's fair to abuse it in whatever way I chose fitting. Also, I couldn't care less about cheaters in the real game- I bot, they bot, I kill, they kill(more stuff of course).
Also, language. :>
