Hi , many people ask for other xampp links and help and stuff for darkorbit private server , so i tought i would share with you how i did it since the other thread is all messed up :P
if nothing helps besides this ( if you do all right , delete every thing try all again and still not work.)
maybe this can help..
FOR ERROR LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE BEFORE ASKING 
I RECOMMEND USE CHROME AND, READ ALL OF THE TUTORIAL AND DON'T THINK NO THIS CAN'T BE IT WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM BECAUSE I CAN ONLY HELP WHEN YOU DO EXACTLY LIKE THE VIDEO / ME.
IF YOU USE SKYPE TURN THIS OFF BEFORE START XAMPP OR UNCHEK
Video i used for it + my own knowledge(just fucking around xD) and read in threads
but the video is prety slow and you need pause to see what he's doing sometimes and i think this is more easy then watching 8:30 for you guys and also easy i included all links so please don't close this thread ^^
WARNING if you have used any other tutorial i'm not 100% sure you will succeed if not first delete all htdocs and databases in php admin , if it doesn't work please note that YOU MUST USE THIS DOWNLOADS altough you might already have some of them they need some files chanced inside and with my downloads it's already done.
and if you see a spoiler with no picture or text please tell me there should be pictures with every spoiler/step.
What you have in total =
Emulator/Server The SQL file for the PHPadmin DB
Xamp with htdocs (other download WWW map in wamp)
And the files for in the web-directory (htdocs) and where you will find the patch.sql
What you need to do:
Install xampp
Xampp - windows

Next
-go to htdocs (or www map) delete all inside it.
-extract do_es tutorial icon 8 in here

turn onn xampp appache service and mysql
go to
1.Create a new Database name it "do_es"
2.Go to the tab import
3.Select from the Emulator download the do_es.sql which is located in webcode folder.
4. next do the same for patch but Select from htdocs or www folder in xampp the patch.sql and import.
(do_es tutorial this is what you extract in htdoc)

5.Now go to
and register a account.(yes it still saying offline and server must be off)
6. Login with the just created account.
7.Click on start , and start the .bat in the emulator folder.
(Emulator folder + database.sql

8.it should now load and after you pressed iniciar you should be ingame.
