Something in your operating system or any programs prevent the internet access of the bot. Just find it!

1. Yes, it's possible. To prevent or reduce it, just don't make ships to be in low graphics.
2. Just choose "how many times". (Once it is set, you can edit your Settings.ini manually and replace the 25 with 100, but be careful with your drones!)
3. This bot will never use svf manager! I don't recommended it.

Try to delete your folder with the bot and make new one from the RAR file.

Oops... I saw it. It happens when you have one configuration without shields. Thanks for reporting, it will be fixed in next update!
