Ask paypal for refund. Explain them that you haven't received the goods yet and you want your money back. Then go buy the license directly from the program.

It is more polite to call you Sir  ... and it worked now thank you I contacted palavia himself and sent paypal asking for refund... Imagine only 5 minutes after payment i received my premium version THANK YOU PALAVIA  you the best ...

If you reinstall windows, the license will work again. KEEP THE RAR file which you get on email, and you can reinstall how many times you want.. of course, on the computer where you bought license, otherwise will be blocked automatically.

Or simply contact a reseller to send the RAR file to you. Our job isn't just to take money, but also to help.

This is not an advice to give in this case, when we are an official reseller, and everybody who paid got their licenses.
When you work with people more than 4 years, you will learn that are different types of it. Impatients, noobs, which you cannot end to something because they never understand, and so on -> this the negative ones
Or those who can read 4 lines, and send us all what we need to make the activation fast.
So please next time when you have this kind of advices on our behalf, keep it for you, because my paypal account is in good standings and I am afraid now that he will loose the money because of you.
I believe this guy is this, as you see.. IMPATIENT because I had a weekend and still when I wanted to solve his problem, he was at work, so I tried later. Last sentence is when I saw the dispute, people which I rather not discuss anymore with this kind of guys.
P.S. I know what a reseller do`s and not do`s.
And this is not the place for this, everyone who buy knows what to do, not to wine for nothing and others to come, oh I am the boss buy from me, I am better .. L O L

Let bestbots work, he is a good guy and he do his work VERY WELL. In the past i was a kbot reseller too and i understand him. When you are selling a item everybody want it in 5s and dont read and so on. That makes that the process take longer and longer.
So please avoid replys like the goliath-desing's one
Bestbots you have my support  now seems that the people who have been offline all time without give support and so on wants to get money

It is strange how i was "fighting" for 3 days to get my rightful premium pixel bot and I was following the Steps one by one ... Wheres I got my premium in exactly 5 minutes !! from palavia himself ... BestBots you are not doing your job the right way

1- Those pics shows emails between me and bestbots ... After I forwarded the paypal payment for them they still insisting "read step1" ... and then I copied the "steps" from the website it self and post them one by one to show them that I'm following the steps but still until now "30th jun" no reply from them ...
2- Check from the emails i payed at 26th JUN, emails between me and bestbots from then until now not recieved the premium bot yet ...
3- I will not "lose" my money I will get a refund ... although it is only 5$ but i will get it back through dispute cause u don't deserve to be an official reseller ...
4- We all have weekends .. but it only takes 5 minute from your valuable time to check the forwarded paypal email and send me the premium bot ...
5- In comparison check the following image showing the time between my payment to palavia himself and the time i recieved my premium bot ... less than 10 minutes ...
Best bots my rating to you is 0 ... change your behavior I may change my rating ...

So you are saying you bought from palavia and it took 10 minutes and also bought from bestbots. So if you got it from palavia in 10 minutes why are you even complaining?

Bestbots are not reliable, i had some hisory with them back in the times of kbot.I purchased a kbot licence, canged my mind about ship id in 24 hours (trial was still active on the initial purchase) and i requested the money back when they refused to change licence. They have rules on site that say that we can request a refund in a number of days.You know what i got?Bad language, swearing and stuff like that! So, no, DO NOT TRUST Bestbots, buy from them only if you got no other alternative (but you always got some alternative)!
