You said his inbox here is full only (I didn't saw where you said he doesn't reply to your mails)
You can only wait for him to answer through there, putting it here won't help. Email is easier, this is not ^^

"An internet connection is required"
on one laptop, is working. but on the other laptop. is not working.

Check to ensure your firewall is not blocking it. Especially if you have a 3rd party firewall, these programs and them don't mix too well.
