Palavia doesn't even accept PSC, only his resellers... So go to them

BestBots always do that... even when I bought 2 years ago kbot for 20 € I gived him 25 and 5 € he has +. And when I wanted for that 5 € 5000 captchas which was price for captchas on captchatrader. He said me he make me offer 10 000 for 25 € . And from that moment Im never buying from this reseller.
Best is just buy it with paypal for palavia cheap,fast.
