Im having problems when its going to sell the pala, it does not do it, i think because the time set to close the window and change hangar etc is set in people with premium (not sure of course) it could be nice that i can sell the pala.

is set for non-premium, so it will work for premium and non-premium
make sure you use chromium based browser, and wait for the magic to happen

make sure your button are visible, not covered with other menus or with FPS rate display

I'm having the same problem, I have a great internet connection and an even better computer so I'm not sure what is going on also I don't have fps display blocking anything, it just switch's too the back page and just stops from there. spamming at the bottom "Cannot Find User Window..."
