I think palavia will activate you if he is online . then he puts your paypal email into his server and you can use this email in bot . just wait he cant be online everytime

The system was sent you back an email with Premium version and instructions. Just check your paypal email and follow the instructions.
(Sometimes the system can't catch your payment, so I send it manually)
But in your case you received it after 5 minutes.

In menu of the my program you have option to buy it ( Donate button ). And every license is for 1 pc without restrictions of how many acc. ( PayPal only )
