LF4 rates were changed a long time ago, after bootys came out they had a high rate to pick one up, now you dont.

Where i say i have 7 lf4 ? you dont read well then i say 4 lf4 in 4 boothy keys but they i buy more boothy i send 1 sms and i get only apis part and 2 boothy whit ammo!
AND 99 isnt my birthey its 95
