SH-IT Version 0.1.7

If you are getting errors after installing the newest update (from the auto-updater) then delete your settings.conf file!

Change-log:

Updated to DarkOrbit Version 7.0.4
Now replaces your Diplomacy CPU, Auto-Repair CPU and your Auto-RocketLauncher CPU (in settings). Auto-Rocket CPU will come later
Some fixes for auto-locking aliens.
Some major speed improvements!

Microsoft.CSharp.RuntimeBinder.RuntimeBinderExcept ion: No se puede convertir NULL en 'bool' porque es un tipo de valor que no acepta valores NULL.

I was using some libraries from other people... but it sucked! So now I'm working on some Neural Network Voice Recog code
