This is a very discreet little issue I choose to ignore :P It happens when you start SH-IT and you are on the "Establishing Connection..." screen. Just run SH-IT before you login and it should work.

SH-IT Version 0.1.6a

Change-log:

Fixed some issues with the NPC autolock. It should now let you cancel and reattack the alien properly. Also, there is a new option added to the settings button.
