I assume that's the reason as well. Once one of his active infractions expire, he will be unbanned. Usually people are just banned for a week for the first time.

The bot has been offline for such a long time is because ibot keeps updating. Even if it did update to a newer version, we would have had to wait even longer because of the next ibot update.
Just give it time everyone, it will be soon.

ElmirBuljubasic is not spamming, as you see some tell that is not working new CC, he just confirmed it is ok...

I know that, but when I see his name I get sick

he helped some people, but he dont do anything on things he said he will do

and, ofcourse, he have holiday from what, OMG, he take holiday from holiday,

and he lie when he said that he have cheapest licence for KBot, and I dont understand why WERGEZ and LAWLIET ( his good friends ) dont do anything about that lies

and like a big, fat kid, he report everything and everyone on forum ( and I think he cry much to his friends mods ), and mods dont do anything with his unfinished and unapdated threads ( my opinion--mods need close them ), but his friends ( mods ) can close some my threads and delete some my posts, but never mind, this is just one step down for this section ( a lot of spam thread and a lot of mess in this section---most of them made by kami )
