just tested and working,
if you have customer number, and hang at licesnse you block with AV, install Avira Free

i have the customer id and antivira free it is switched off and i still hanging at checking license

delete all of your AV, then install Avira free
also make sure you allowed at first time when installed, if not. reinstall in different folder

I opened kbot, I did the automatic update and now IBOT is 4.44 and it works great, I have not found any link kbot 6.44. hello
