Why my FlashPlayer Crash? i try the same in the video but this just block my flash player version is 11.3 can someone help?

try different webbrowser ( happened to my friend under xp ) solved by trying mozila or even Ie if googlechrome didnt work

I use only Mozilla Firefox...but i will try it with Crome
