Exactly 100 years ago on 14 April 1912, the RMS Titanic collided with an iceberg and sunk on her maiden voyage. The Titanic had been deemed "unsinkable," which is why the catastrophe is a reminder of the dangers of hubris and recklessness. In rememberance of this legendary part of history, we've put together a special event just for you!

A universe littered with wreckage

From 14 April until 17 April, ghostly, worn down ships will be gliding through deep space.

Searching these dilpidated vessels for treasure will be worth your while, as they are still carrying precious cargo! Explore them and win Uridium, rockets of all kinds and many other bonuses.

Iceberg ahead!

Beware of the icebergs scattered throughout the DarkOrbit universe, since they are all camouflaged mines. Our scientists have established that the kristallinian and kristallonian NPCs feel happy as clams in these freezing temperatures and they're changing their crystalline structures. Take them on and rake in up to quadruple the rewards!

Where ships go to their graves

Not all ships survived the iceberg collision course. The Yamato, Defcom and Nostromo series of ships were no match for the icy boulders and have been buried in the ship graveyard. Deep space is, after all, a dangerous place. Worry not, space pilot - new ships are already in production.

Am 14.04.1912, also vor genau 100 Jahren, hat die RMS Titanic auf ihrer Jungfernfahrt einen Eisberg gerammt und ist gesunken. Die Titanic galt als "unsinkbar" und daher ist diese Katastrophe als Mahnmal für Selbstüberschätzung und Leichtsinn in die Geschichte eingegangen. Um diesem Mythos zu gedenken, haben wir ein ganz besonderes Event für Euch!

Ein Universum voller Wracks

Vom 14.04. bis 17.04. geistern merkwürdige Wracks durch das All. Es lohnt sich, sie zu untersuchen und zu plündern, denn sie enthalten wertvolle Fracht! Schnappt sie Euch für die Chance auf Uridium, Raketen aller Art und viele andere Boni.

Eisberg voraus!

Nehmt Euch in Acht vor den Eisbergen, die durch den DarkOrbit treiben, denn alle Minen sind als Eisberge getarnt. Unsere Forscher haben festgestellt, dass sich die Kristallin- und Kristallon-NPCs bei dieser Eiseskälte pudelwohl fühlen und ihre Kristallstruktur verändern. Nehmt es mit ihnen auf: Euch winken bis zu vierfache Belohnungen!

Auf dem Schiffsfriedhof

Nicht alle Schiffe haben den Kollisionskurs mit den Eisbergen überlebt. Die Yamato-, Defcom- und Nostromo-Serien waren der Gefahr nicht gewachsen und wandern auf den Schiffsfriedhof. Der Weltraum ist eben ein gefährlicher Ort. Aber keine Sorge: Neue Schiffe sind schon in Produktion.
