someone that means that you are already logged in restart the computer and try again

man i just restarted my pc and still same problem....what is going on?
please help...
also it shows that i have 0 credits, uridium etc...chat, ammo and other tabs are stuck.
But it finds the map that i am and when i click start the timer stats normally.I cant understan whats happening....
