Palavia is very safe, just dont bot more than 10h/day and it should be OK.

The maximum speed for Citadel, even with fullspeed confi and ability, is 540.
Because DO is bugged right now, you can take a citadel without any speed engines and activate the ability and there you go. You don't need any other things to do - you have 540 speed AND it stays.

Bonzo Bot (you have to be cloaked and fomlow the website setting). I think that sbot has also that feature
