Best, fastest, cheapest way to ufe? And how much money and time would it take? I know best way is to buy account but thats risky.

Buying an account isn't risky. Trade with a trusted middleman and there are no issues. Furthermore , Bigpoint don't care if you buy an account .
Botting is the best way , farming palladium or boxes , it depends on which server you play on.

Buying account pretty much is risky. Why? Well the person who is selling the account might be re-selling an account which he/she bought. The owner of the account could easily wait e.g. few months and take the account back if he/she has all the information. (Also there are some members who offer 100% or 50% refund if you have legitimate information that the account indeed got taken back by the owner.)
Yeah sure original owner taking back the account doesn't happen often, but trust me, it happens.
Ps. The account might be scammed from someone in a different forum. So a trusted member buys the account from that scammer using middleman. After that the trusted member sells the account to someone using middleman etc and a week or few later, the account gets taken back by the original owner. OR the same thing above, but the trusted member trades that specific account with someone and same happens, the original owner takes it back.

There's a Citedel bug since today, if you use your speed skill you will keep it until logout 
Time to go hunt on 2 slow konfigs
