I believe so. And yeah, just go on zeus even and collect a lot of boxes You'll get LF3s and B02s + zeus parts which you'll need later on. :P

+lf4 that´s how i am upgrading two accounts right now, like you said, is the best option, buy botty keys, its useless buy lf3 as you will need lf4

So I'd assume that his ban may not be permanent.

In addition you may ask some members of his clan, if the Account is still "listed" within the clan. (bot bans case a "delete" from the clan the user account is in)

You can ask even if you aren't in TGC.
I've asked on a lvl 15 account time ago, for test a bug, and worked. So you can ask to get a "suspension of your account"
