The only way for get caught is that some1 report you (he have to demostrate it). I know a lot of people who share accounts and they are not banned
I also know a stupid guy (now he leave the game) who say in the global chat "i share my account with XXXX), then he was banned as someone report him

Just wanted to let you know that there are new boxes which do also contain Ice Rockets. The Cold Wave GG is there (it gets placed on x-4)

I've got a funnier situation. I bought an account from some polish guy then I bought several times premium, doubler, discounts, and the payment country still stays the poland.
Al tho I'm from Latvia, all payments were done trough PayPal and same legit info is there. xD
