The packetbot users were easy to identify. So they did an infringement.
They had facts for their misbehaviour.
If you use a pixelbot that gets more and more humanlike (Missing boxes, really random movement, varying circle distances,... ) they can't tell if you use a program that controls your mouse. They would need access to your computer (what would be again illegal, because none of us will allow it ).
It's like you get kicked out of a football-stadion without doing anything that disagrees the house rules. That is aswell illegal. They need a reason or have to refund anything you gave to it. And if someone is playing thousands of hours they have to refund more than his money.

About the lawlessness in the game, the problem is, the game is mostly played by young people whose won´t charge bigpoint, and besides that the ammoount of money in question is normally low
Besides that, as they have in the terms of service that botting is not allowed, there is nothing you can do if they accuse you of that
So they don´t care much about these kind of things, they know players won´t do anything

Which is why the number of people playing this game is extremely low anymore. Thank you so much Bugpoint for killing the game again and again. They make it **** near impossible to grind up your account to anything worthy without spending money or botting.
Play something worthy like Armored Warfare or hell.. World of Warships. Playing this low end games like DarkOrbit, which used to be fun, now has become a game full of loaded FEs and hardly any new players.. pretty much a dead game.

Well you're right with this point that most people won't do anything either
I know that botting is not allowed. I mean they can't really distinguish between an addicted gamer and a pixelbot user. So far they will ban innocent.

And I wonder why they haven't banned us already? Because it is easy to determine if someone plays over 12h a day for weeks.

No isn't because BP can do what ever they want with accounts.. It's not yours its theirs ..
Also like they can end whole game without information.

Lol. The game was as dead as it is now 3 years ago. It's just that there were more botusers than now.

Darkorbit is for me still funny and exciting etc. In years 2014-2015 they made some changes that made game more easier for new players. I mean PET Event, Hangars for credits and low amount of uridium, apis days, zeus days, lf4 days, zeta gate etc.

I would probably won't play it without bot in this time but there are plenty of bots which saves like 1-2 years of playing to get UFE.

But i have 1 question: How big is the chance of getting some of these designs in Kupier Gate?
