The last big banwave against packetbots is a proof against your sentence. As *never said, it's their game. Let's say the earn ~2mio€ per year, if they ban most botuser how much will they lose ? ~300-400k € ? I mean, i'm a botuser, i've started a new account which is 100% botted and till now i spent 4€.
They can say everything, in my opinion they will focus on golem bot first... After this on pixelbots, but will see

If you use a pixelbot that gets more and more humanlike (Missing boxes, really random movement, varying circle distances,... ) they can't tell if you use a program that controls your mouse. They would need access to your computer (what would be again illegal, because none of us will allow it ).
It's like you get kicked out of a football-stadion without doing anything that disagrees the house rules. That is aswell illegal. They need a reason or have to refund anything you gave to it. And if someone is playing thousands of hours they have to refund more than his money.

Play something worthy like Armored Warfare or hell.. World of Warships. Playing this low end games like DarkOrbit, which used to be fun, now has become a game full of loaded FEs and hardly any new players.. pretty much a dead game.

Well you're right with this point that most people won't do anything either
I know that botting is not allowed. I mean they can't really distinguish between an addicted gamer and a pixelbot user. So far they will ban innocent.
And I wonder why they haven't banned us already? Because it is easy to determine if someone plays over 12h a day for weeks.

Lol. The game was as dead as it is now 3 years ago. It's just that there were more botusers than now.
I love it when somebody call the game "dead". It is not dead. Please stop calling it that.
Darkorbit is for me still funny and exciting etc. In years 2014-2015 they made some changes that made game more easier for new players. I mean PET Event, Hangars for credits and low amount of uridium, apis days, zeus days, lf4 days, zeta gate etc.
