I tried with a proxy of Venezuela and it was writen in French :s (Venezula language = spanish), probably cookies...
you can only change the payment on Global Servers like GA1 GE1 etc. Or you ask BP Support for change friendly on other server
can you explain how to change it ? because i have one ga1 acc and its registeren in ucrania and the prices are in euros and in my country (uruguay) the prices become in dollars, thanks

@Elguzsabe : You can't change you'r actual country for paiement if you live in "France" for exemple and you want to change you'r paiement option for Hungarian, you can't, for this you need to live in Hungary I have asked my support team when i've bought a Russia 2 account for change the Russian Paiement option to French, and they make it ^^ (its normaly i live in france)
