Today I was today 14 days GAME-Banned. Because i was saying that someone was a ****, on global chat. Now I want to play back but that stupid teamleader doesn't want to unban my account.
What should I do?!
Who is the teamleader? If he is an admin of DO, I don't think he is allowed to not unban your account after 14 days...
Do not spam with posts like #reported etc. and use report system.
If the team leader don't unbanned you, you can contact BP headquarter and wait.. You cannot do anything else..

The problem is, i sended 2 times a message, and the second time, they said to me that there wasn't anything to discuss. And if I would continue to send a 3th message. They will make my ban for a longer time :/

Anyone knows if there is a Support for Bigpoint (I mean a support for all the games, not only DO, with other people that aren't the one who banned Expected) ?

I've always spoke with English Darkorbit support and for any issues they helped me... try to speak with them or german support.

Always in their reply there is a copy of your 1st mail, like this:
