Yes tey are, because your ship act like human.
But if you want something else, you can modify timings by yourself, or use unleashed version for faster collect boxes.I don`t recommend maximum speed collect timings on boxybot.

I want safe collecting because I'm usng it on my main account,so I'll use the default timings.
@up Unleashed one collects much faster without breaks and it collects more uri and ee,but it has higher ban risk
