Do not recommend this user aborted a trade in a strange way. I found it suspicious, I can't say he's a scammer, but I recommend caution in negotiating with him.
Seems not beeing able to open his account,and send message direcly on forum.
Even when he does send message to verify its his profile,its like this:

When you want to reply:
teslatx has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.
So some 3rd party guy wanted me to send btc to him,and he will send me paypal, since @teslatx dont have paypal.
Clearly in his thread it states that he takes paypal:

All in all,really fishy guy, I would never trade with him,or suggest anyone to do so.

I just suggested to a potential customer that you need paypal to bitcoin, you told me I'm a suspicious person, I think the same about you.
We don't need to do business, I don't depend on you, I just suggested it to a potential client and you said that about me.
My reputation is very important to me, so I have no problem with not negotiating as we don't trust each other.
He was very responsive , fast and straight to the point , if anyone is wandering around and looking for a decent Exchanger this would be your guy . Overall awesome person 10/10 communication and friendliness.
