HELP IN HERE! the game client crashes
For some reason, the game client keeps crashing with no error message or anything in return.
I can log in and start a game and after a couple of minutes it crashes instantly without doing anything.
Please, help ASAP.

Edit: I think this problem started ever since i installed the new updates for windows 8.1 Pro. Might it be compatibility problem with the new update or something?!

Yeah, i did. I also re installed .net framework and directX. dunno what else i should try.

What version you play? EU, NA, PH, ...
Do you use Windows 10/8,1/8/7/Vista/XP=

I did, and they replied with something like there was no technical issue and that i should re-install the game and install the latest .net framework and directx 11 or higher. I did all of that, and yet the problem remains.
I don't really think it's a windows problem because it was working properly till a few days ago, idk.

Than contact theyr again and say that it dont work. You have re-install the game? Do you have delete all of Crossfire before you install it again?

Yeah, i deleted all kinds of data that concerns cf, game folder, log data, even the downloader
Anyway, i'll try contacting them again.

This is awfully bad, nobody is responding anywhere.
And it looks like it's not just me. the z8games forum has a lot of people complaining about the same problem... !!

They replied with the same stupid message, that i should re-install the game and get the newest version of DX and .Net FW. They even said that everything is normal, and that the problem is with me, even though i'm not the only one facing it. This is really annoying.

Then ask again and again. Say you have the newest version f DX and .NET FW. If you are not the only one with this problem, z8games have to find a way to fix this.
