I purchased a lifetime subscription to Xhook with the expectation of long-term value and reliable support. I don’t use it frequently, but on the rare occasions I do, I consistently encounter issues that require assistance. Unfortunately, over the past several attempts, support has been unresponsive or unwilling to help.

At this point, it feels as though lifetime subscribers are being deprioritized — as if once the upfront payment is made, continued support is no longer a concern. This reflects poorly on the integrity of the service and undermines trust in the brand.

If “lifetime” doesn’t come with ongoing support, then it’s not a lifetime value — it’s a one-time sale dressed up as something more. I hope the team takes this seriously and reconsiders how they treat their long-term users.

@ remove this thread… the owner of xhook gave up on his product and he is just milking people’s money. If you don’t close his thread I will take serious legal action because he is clearly scamming people !

The xhook owner is not support the lifetime subcribers, after 2 months purchase, I only use for 3 weeks and long waiting for the updating the tool after that without any estimated time to be back. So it cost my money to buy the lifetime
