You really don't know what visual studio redistributables are, what they do or "how" they work?

I mean you clearly don't have a clue, otherwise you'd known how retarded it sounds to require both 64 bin and 32 bit redistributables of both vs2013 and vs2015. You either need 32 bit vs 2013, OR 64 bit vs2013 OR 32 bit vs2015 OR 64 bit vs2015. You cannot compile the same binary with two different compilers and twi different address space widths. That's just not possible.
