"Untrusted" ban is not vac ban, see in epvp ban explain.
for you see this cheat is detect ban is "Yellow"

Was VAC banned on 2 Older accounts, also fresh account was Overwatch banned within 2 games of Ranked Play, will most likely be VAC ban later on that one as well. Don't use this unless you wan't too get banned.
If public is detected i'm sure the paid version is as well. Good cheat though, was fun too use.

Stop using hacks if u dont know how to use it properly 
Tip:
Use wh only to tell your teammates where are the enemies ('he must be ''there'' bcs i saw him near few sec ago')
