There was this one group(can't say which server) the guild is called The Empire. They managed to take over the server for about 3 days or so.

They started out with a small group of people, and low lvl leader(I'm sure he was a higher lvl on a main, but nobody knew if he even had another higher lvl)
Back to the story..

This guy was around lvl 70 or so, he rounded up abunch of 90s and 100s and one of them made a guild for him called The Empire and made the 70 GL.

I know because I was in the guild at that time

Soon the guild had around 140-145 members and ALOT of Deputy Leaders recuting more and more members. By the time the guild had over 200 members(all atleast 70 if not 100+ or rb once) they posted in the bulletin that they were planning forming an empire itself. The lvl 70 convinced most of the guild(including me) to help as a police force to gain trust of members or something, anyway we went to commen pk areas and stopped pkers, soon enough the GL announced that the guild would then take over the server.

Most of the guild members formed in an army in TC. Even know we couldn't PK, we announced that we will not be the self proclaimed rulers of the game, and if anyone had anything to say about it, they would be an "outlaw".

Of course, lots of ppl said NO, but we couldn't do anything in TC, so we just said it's going to happen and we went for a nice big battle.

We went to AC where other enemy guilds and other ppl that said no were rallying. Our army then fought the noobs and killed them, and we told them that they could either be an outlawed kos char or a loved and legal char(something like that). Some said ok, some didn't either way, the police force was pretty good and nobody was stopping us.

I would patrol the AC mines with a partner, we were using coboto to look for flashing/red/black names, which we would kos if we saw. Anyways, long story short, The Empire ruled the server for a good 2-3 days until some high council members were thrown in jail for botting(they used aimbots and gave aimbots away to the police force in-game) and the main leader got thrown in bot jail too, they all got themselves out via exploit and were soon banned, but they tried to keep everything togeather, after about 3 days the whole thing fell apart with rebelling police, spys, even a resistance lol...

Anyway, I don't even know if the guild is still around anymore, but I think if it was more organized, it could of worked(or they leader could of been banished to an island like Neapolitan(or however you spell it))

No offence, but what you just said here about a "true" story sounds like bs and camed from you imagination. You could prove it by telling us what server you're in and we could ask other ppl in your server who is on here. Even still, I wouldnt believe that...

Nope. Happened on Sapphire too. Was attempted by 3 people to take over the server. I was at the head of the resistance and we squashed them good. They came back as quite a few guilds trying over and over again until they all quit for ROSE. xD They succeeded at first though. They had GW taken for months at a time, but lost any mass fights out of GW. They used hacks in GW to take the advantage like gate jumping back before it was "fixed" but easier to do. It actually works if you do it right.
