Just delete c:&#092;program files&#092;NAVwatcher.exe and then remove the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE&#092; SOFTWARE&#092;MICROSOFT&#092;WINDOWS&#092;CurrentV ersion&#092;Run, IWinHelp, C:&#092;Program Files&#092;NAV32watcher.exe key from the registry.

You can hit ctrl-alt-del and stop NAVwatcher.exe so you have time to edit the registry and delete the file.

Read the thread before asking something like that.
