we need 2 new moderators

umm i'm not begging for mod position, but would be nice. I've been playing CO for 2 years i believe, and i'm always active in the CO2 forums. And I nomidnate evulhotdog, and anticlown as mod o_0

lol i just skimmed through the replies to make sure Lowfyr didn't pick alrdy but i see he picked 1, grats papawolfie.

Lowfyr maybe you should pick your last mod acoording to post count and karma, but thats just my idea which still might be unfair.

I'll repeat again, I don't want to be considered for the mod posission anymore, due to lack of my attendance to this forum.

I agree with Lowfyr, it is a very tough decission, because I don't see anyone "mature" enough to handle the newbies with patience and at least some understanding. Saying "SEARCH!!!", doesn't help, especially when you see the noob is lost or first time visitor- everyone has to start using forums at some point and some people are not yet experienced enough.

I also agree that a mod should be active as much as possible but shouldn't spam, or abuse his powers, eg. closing a thread because you can.

Yeah I agree, the moderator should be active and have good moderating skills without abusing the power. Flaming the newbies doesn't help them at all. It discourages users from comming and encourages the current users to flame.

evul helps nubs, though he does flame a LITTLE, he does tell noobs to click search in his sig, which leads them in the right direction

Okay, look, I know I have a problem with flaming the noobs to this forum and I am trying to fix it. I know I post to much, its just that im so bored..... I have nothing to do, and I really do enjoy talking to people over forums, teamspeak, IM'ing eachother, whatever! I just love talkin. Thats all. If i was to become a mod, I would be less 'flaming less' and I would help out the noobs (not just by saying blah blah search blah') but give them a link to the different threads and maybe show them some tips for searching this forum. Well anyways what im trying to say is that im trying to change for you guys...so im less annoying and more helpful.

Can you still submit apps? If so I'd like to submit mine... Although I know I won't get picked but, it's worth a try.. :P, but I've worked with noobs forever I had a whole team of them when I was ROM Hacking, so I know how to handle them, I know the rules of this forum, I don't flame anyone, I've had experience with IPB I've had a few, managed forums a lot, have a site, not the best conquer hacker, but I know some, I don't spam(because I hate it) Well there it is...

im fairly new to the whole hacking thing but i am active and have been a moderator on other sites in the past. i dont spam and i only post when i actualy know what im talking about or if i have the answer to a question. i dont allow bad language and i give credit where its due. il leave the rest up to you but i think i would be a good mod as i have experiance in moderating other forums
