It spawns 13 hours - 13 hours 15 minutes after servers come up. Then respawns in 11-17 hour intervals after that, usually 11-14. It spawns on the first set of islands after metzone, on any of 4 different islands. It looks like a regular water devil and has the same name, but a large HP bar and does at least 3.5k close-range physical damage. It doesn't have much HP and can be killed in a few seconds by a high level trojan.I figured I'd pass this info along to anyone who didn't already know. I circled the islands it spawns on in the picture.
i dint even know there was a db monster. does it drop 5 dbs? also, wat's time is server maint in gmt time? i dont know the difference between gmt n that wat the server uses

Heres a log, this is european server times, so if you're on us server the time will differ, but it will still be 17 hours and 30 minutes after maint.
