I mean how to open it on notepad...all I can see is jumbled letters and some symbles

i legit cant find a conquer.exe file i even used the search prompt, apparently it doesnt exist on my computer. ideas?

Question. If that value increases or reduces the client's tickrate, Then that's how they achieved the slow *** jumps on ConquerPS via command, Am I right? That was funny. The character kept on landing for 5 minutes. XD

The difference being they use a .dll to allow them to specify speed for each entity as part of its hero information (custom packet offsets). This allowed them to slow/speed up specific targets without it applying to all players.
