If you guys read, the +12 is only for right hand weapons nothing else.
Also you must be LV130 or above.

Theres a guy on my server that has +12 super 2 soc supergem 7%blessing on all of his armour and he said he spent 25000+USD for one armour

The WuXing oven in Ethereal City has become highly successful recently. This is because it can be used to refine equipment to a higher level by melting certain amount of Dragon Balls.
Note: the NPC - ArtisanRow will be removed. You need to refine your items (+1 ~ +12) in the Wuxing Oven.

If you are above level 130, you can increase the bonus on your equipment! Find Ethereal in market (320,228) to experience!
(Note: Only right-handed weapons above +9 can be refined. Other items cannot be refined.)

As long as you collect the needed Dragon Balls, hurry up to look for Ethereal to refine your weapons. Moreover, trans-level refining is not allowed.

Be sure you have enough Dragon Balls before you go to find Ethereal!

-.- All you do is take of the right handed +12 weapon when its +12 and then switch places with the weapons and make the other +12 then u have 2x +12s that all they mean -.-, a guy already has +12 blade and +11 blade in kylin.
